Collection Policy

  • All washed and dry-cleaned items must be collected within two weeks of the scheduled pick-up date.
  • If goods are left uncollected for more than four weeks, we will not take any responsibility for them, and they may be donated to charity.

24-Hour Service

  • A 24-hour turnaround service is available upon request. Please note that additional charges may apply for this expedited service.

Allergy Notice

  • Customers must inform staff in advance of any allergies or sensitivities to detergents or cleaning products.

Damage Disclaimer

  • We are not responsible for any damage to zips, buttons, beads, or other embellishments during the washing or dry-cleaning process.

Ticket Policy

  • Collection tickets must be kept safe and presented at the time of pick-up. Failure to present the ticket may result in refusal to release goods. 

Minimum Order Value

  • A £20 minimum order value applies to all our services.
